2.1 If there is any discrepancy or damage been found and good exchange is needed, please contact us by emailing to scoutshop@scout.org.hk within 2 working days. For good exchange, please return the good(s) to be exchanged with the official invoice to our Main Shop within 14 days after the goods receipt. We apologize for no “Door-to-Door” exchange service can be provided and all goods can be exchanged once only.
2.2 For promoted/discounted/Special Sales items, there is no good exchange service to be provided.
2.3 In the case of The Scout Shop of Hong Kong fails to provide the goods for exchanged, customers can exchange other available items in same price value or pay the extra for items with higher price value. If the items requested are in less price value, the difference will not be refunded.
2.4 All goods to be exchanged should be in its original conditions and have not been used. All hangtag/ barcode (if any) should be remained attached to the goods. The Scout shop of Hong Kong reserves the right to check and judge whether the goods have been used or not.
2.5 In case of any dispute, the decision of The Scout Shop of Hong Kong shall be final.
