1) | Delivery Method | | Customer can choose the shipping option that works best for you. We provide courier delivery service and local pick-up. Customers are not required to pay any delivery charge when choosing self pick-up. For courier delivery service, the cost depends on your selected shipping option and the destination.
1.1 Local Delivery Service

The online shopping system only handles orders with net weight no more than 10 kilograms. For order with net weight over 10 kilograms, please send us an email to enquire about the shipping charge. “The Shop” will inform you the shipping charge and payment procedure by email.
If you have made payment via the online shopping system, “The Shop” will request you to pay the additional charge and inform you about the payment procedure by email. If you do not agree with the additional charge, please send us an email for refund.
The effective day of the order should be the date of all payment (include shipping charge) settled.

We will dispatch the order made within 7 working days after we receipt of your order payment. Each order will be delivered to ONE destination only. If the mailing address turned out to be undeliveable (mailing box or located at remote area), please select another mailable address for us to arrange delivery.

If your order cannot be delivered successfully, an email notification will be sent to inform you the self pick-up arrangement. You are requested to present your HKID card and the order confirmation email when collecting the goods. If you are failed to collect the order with 3 months, you are not entitled to have refund or damage claim in anyway.

If you request an extra delivery service when the first delivery is not success, a valid postage address should be provided and extra delivery charge will be incurred. The order will be dispatched within 7 working days after extra shipping charge is settled.

| | 2) | Self Pick-Up | |
2.1 Self Pick-Up (Main Shop Only)
Once your order is ready for pick-up, we will inform you the pick-up details. You are required to present the order confirmation email and your Hong Kong Identity card when you collect the order. Our shop assistant will also record your credit card info to confirm the receipt of the order. These methods are used to protect your interest from any unauthorized collection.
2.2 Collection Hours

3.1 If you have any questions on the courier or the delivery charges, please e-mail us for enquiry.
3.2 Once the order is dispatched to the courier, we cannot accept any request for the change of delivery method, including change of other courier company or change from courier delivery to self-pick up.
3.3 If customers insist on changing the delivery method to self pick-up, we may arrange for that only if the order has not been dispatched. However, the paid delivery charge will not be refunded. We reserve the right to deny any change request once the order is confirmed and will not be responsible for any loss it might incur to the customer.

4.1 All items are available until stock lasts. No prior notice will be post for any out-of-stock products.
4.2 We reserve the rights to change the product information and price, delivery charge and shopping terms and conditions anytime without prior notice.
4.3 We reserve the right to make all final decisions if any dispute arises.
